Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use relayfor.si if you are the subject of sanctions, act for someone who is, or are in a country or region where using it is against the law. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you and to your project, including tax.

relayfor.si lets a project launch tokens on pump.fun with a fee route locked in, or bring a token it already has, pays the token's creator fees out along that route, turns the AI's share into AI credit and lets the project's agents spend that credit on AI models through one router. Tokens are created and traded through pump.fun's programs on Solana, which we do not run. We are not a broker, exchange, bank or financial adviser, and nothing on relayfor.si is advice to buy, sell or hold anything.

• You sign in with your email or a Solana wallet. Each project belongs to the person who made it.
• Treat every secret key and router key as a password: anyone who holds one can act for your project or spend its credit, and you are responsible for every request made with it. You can revoke a key at any time and set a spending limit on a router key.
• We limit how often a key may call the API (for example 300 requests and 10 launches a minute) and may change those limits to keep the service available to everyone.

• Your project chooses each token's name, symbol, image, description and links, and is responsible for them. We do not issue, endorse or vouch for any token.
• Every token's fee route is written into the token on pump.fun when it comes to relayfor.si: relayfor.si receives 20% of its creator fees, and your project's fee strategy splits the other 80%, at least a quarter of it to the token's AI and the rest to the token's creator and up to 7 wallets your project names. Once locked, neither we nor your project can change a token's route; a changed fee strategy applies to tokens that come after it.
• A launch costs a 0.02 SOL fee and bringing an existing token costs 1 SOL, each paid inside its transaction and not refunded, besides pump.fun's own costs and network fees.
• Every launch and import is signed by the token's creator with their own wallet. relayfor.si prepares the transaction and never holds its keys or the money it spends.
• If a token's fees stop flowing through the route we locked, we stop paying it out and say so on its pages.

• We pay a token's fees out along its route once they reach 0.01 SOL, or a day after its last payout. Anyone may trigger a payout; pump.fun's program splits it.
• The AI's share becomes credit in US dollars at Pyth's SOL/USD price at that moment, less the price's stated uncertainty, so it is never overstated.
• Credit is not money or property. It earns no interest and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, exchanged or refunded, except where the law says otherwise. A token's credit pays only for calls through that token's account. Credit does not expire.

You can add credit to a token's account in USDC on Solana, from $20: each USDC adds $1 of credit once the transfer is final. A transfer we cannot match to a purchase or a payout is not credited automatically; contact us about it. Transactions on Solana are final, so check each one before you sign it.

Each call through the router is charged to its token's credit at the model provider's price plus 20%. Answers come from third-party models: they can be wrong, incomplete or offensive. Do not rely on them for legal, medical, financial or other decisions without checking them. You are responsible for how your agents use them and for following the usage policies of the providers your calls reach. We never store prompts or answers.

Every token has a public page that shows its name, its project's name, its fee route and its payouts, each payout a transaction anyone can check on Solana. The webhooks we send are signed and retried for up to 24 hours; we cannot promise your endpoint receives every one, so read the API to confirm what matters.

You may not use relayfor.si to:

• break the law, or help anyone else break it;
• defraud, impersonate, harass or mislead others, including through a token;
• manipulate a token's market, or promote a token with false claims;
• attack, overload, probe or get around the limits of relayfor.si.

relayfor.si, its name, design and software belong to us. Your project's tokens, content and your agents' prompts and answers are yours. By launching or bringing a token, you let us store, display and link to what you entered, on relayfor.si and wherever we share it.

We may revoke a key, stop a token's AI calls or block access when we reasonably believe these terms are broken or others are harmed. A token still trades on pump.fun, which we cannot stop, and its route stays as locked. We may add, change or remove features and models at any time.

relayfor.si relies on services we do not control, including Solana, pump.fun, Pyth, Privy, OpenRouter and the AI model providers, IPFS, and your wallet. Their terms govern your use of them, and we are not responsible for their failures.

relayfor.si is provided as is and as available. As far as the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error free or fit for a particular purpose.

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, tokens or data. We are not liable for losses from trading, from any token, project or agent, from AI answers, or from the failure of Solana, pump.fun, a wallet or another service we do not run. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it arose and US$100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to cover our losses and reasonable costs from claims by others that arise from your breach of these terms, a token your project launched or brought, or your agents' use of the router.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will announce material changes on the site before they take effect. If you keep using relayfor.si after that, you accept the new terms.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about relayfor.si. If a court finds part of them unenforceable, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. You may not transfer your rights under these terms; we may transfer ours to a successor.
